From Monday through Saturday, we offer group CrossFit classes—one-hour sessions featuring constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Every workout is scalable to meet all fitness levels and support you in every stage of your fitness journey.

Barbell Club

On Wednesdays and Saturdays, we host a dedicated Olympic weightlifting class for a select group of individuals. Each session focuses on the technical movements of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, emphasizing proper form and heavy lifting within the sport of Olympic weightlifting.

Personal Training

Looking for a more personalized approach? Our one-on-one personal training sessions are tailored to your individual goals, needs, and fitness level. Whether you're just getting started or aiming to break through plateaus, our coaches will provide the guidance, accountability, and support to help you succeed.

The Engine

Need more steps? This Hybrid training class is designed to push your aerobic capacity, stamina, and mental grit to the next level. Whether you're training for a race, improving your engine for daily WODs, or just looking to sweat. This class is specific to CrossFit but without the high skill gymnastics and heavy barbell.

Foundation Course

Our Foundations course is your introduction to CrossFit, led by owner Mitchel. Designed for beginners, this course covers essential movements and builds the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed for our group classes. We understand that everyone progresses at their own pace, so if you need additional time, just talk to your coach for flexible scheduling. Offered outside regular class times, these personalized sessions provide the perfect start to your fitness journey with us.

Little Woolly’s

Our Little Woolly’s program is a seasonal designed to introduce kids to fitness in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate movements, games, and skill-building exercises, we help young athletes develop coordination, confidence, and a love for staying active.
