FITNESS REDEFINED

CrossFit Class

From Monday through Saturday, we offer group CrossFit classes—one-hour sessions featuring constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Every workout is scalable to meet all fitness levels and support you in every stage of your fitness journey.

Barbell Club

On Wednesdays and Saturdays, we host a dedicated Olympic weightlifting class for a select group of individuals. Each session focuses on the technical movements of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, emphasizing proper form and heavy lifting within the sport of Olympic weightlifting.

The Engine


Need more steps? This class is designed to push your aerobic capacity, stamina, and mental grit to the next level. Whether you're training for a race, improving your engine for daily WODs, or just looking to sweat. This class is specific to CrossFit but with out the high skill gymnastics and heavy barbell.

Personal Training


Looking for a more personalized approach? Our one-on-one personal training sessions are tailored to your individual goals, needs, and fitness level. Whether you're just getting started or aiming to break through plateaus, our coaches will provide the guidance, accountability, and support to help you succeed.

Little Woolly’s

Our Little Woolly’s program is designed to introduce kids to fitness in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate movements, games, and skill-building exercises, we help young athletes develop coordination, confidence, and a love for staying active.
