Getting to the gym shouldn’t feel like a chore. Our Mequon location is easy to reach from Thiensville, Cedarburg, Grafton, and the surrounding North Shore area, making it simple to fit training into your day. With plenty of parking and quick access from major roads, you can get in, hit your workout, and keep moving.

We run classes in the morning, around mid-day (typically 11am), and again in the afternoon and early evening — so whether you train before work, drop in over lunch, or prefer a later class, there’s a spot that fits your routine. Many members come in at the same time each day and find that consistency helps them stay committed and see progress.
