Coach
CF-L1

I’ve been involved in CrossFit on and off for the past few years, exploring other training styles along the way, but no matter what I tried, I always found myself drawn back to CrossFit. Returning to it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, both physically and mentally.

At the start of 2026, my passion and drive led me to embark on the next chapter of my fitness journey, with the goal of motivating and helping others discover their own love for this methodology.

My passion for fitness began in high school, where I competed in volleyball, basketball, and softball. It was during those years that I discovered weightlifting and developed a love for getting stronger. That foundation eventually led me to CrossFit, where I’ve been able to take my strength and skill to an entirely new level.

One of my favorite parts of CrossFit is the Olympic weightlifting component—the technique, the challenge, and the constant opportunity to learn and improve. I thrive on being pushed beyond my comfort zone and am passionate about helping others build confidence, strength, and belief in what they’re capable of.

Outside the gym, I work as a barber in the Third Ward and spend as much time as possible with my two dogs. Whether that’s in the water, up north in Wisconsin, or relaxing at a local beer garden. Community, movement, and balance are core values in my life, and I’m excited to bring that energy into my role as a CrossFit coach.
